Tough and rustproof stainless-steel hardware is included and the single-bolt strut mounts allow for maximum adjustablility and ease of installation. And, the BackRack is compatible with standard trunk bags and panniers as well as Bontrager's Interchange models (sold separately).
I purchased a 2011 Fuji Crosstown 2.0 Women's Hybrid; 15 inch frame. I really wanted a rear rack. The first rack I purchsed from the store that sold me the bike (not [...]) recommended a rack that did not fit, I cannot use a seat post rack because this bike has shocks and the seat is too low. I purchased the Bontrager S and was so happy that it fit and was sturdy. The instructions were pictures only and not totally clear, but it only took about 10 minutes to install. There are two parts that look like pieces of screws, they actually screw into the pieces that hold the bars that attach to to the frame and keep them in place. One other thing, they do not inlude allen wrenches, you need two different sizes. I have so many from Ikea and other places that I luckly had the right two wrenches. I would give 5 stars if the wrenches were included - but I am happy with the purchase.
