I got this stem on a new '13 mamba. The stem is very weak and will not hold the headset stack in place. After an initial ride of 12 miles there was a significant amount of play in the headset. After the LBS tightened a second ride produced the same results. I am looking now to replace this instead of going back and forth with the LBS.
