    Comments:

I've only owned this trainer for a week. It was easy to assemble, about 20 minutes. Assembly instructions could be better. It has quiet and smooth operation. Great for riding indoors when weather is cold in OH. Recommend front wheel block and rear wheel sensor computer for tracking speed and distance.

This is easy to use and great excerise when the weather isn't cooperating. Nice not to have to adjust, do to it's "self" adjusting nature. Would be nice to have some kind of meter reading for KW or MPH.

I have had my trainer for a couple of months and really enjoy it. It is stable but I always use a climbing block when I work out. I have no complaints about the noise.
